Product questions

Do you receive or handle my pet's ashes?
No. Ashes are never sent to us and are not included. If you choose the keepsake compartment, the pendant arrives empty and you fill it yourself at home.
How are ashes or a keepsake placed inside?
Unscrew the threaded top, use the included funnel and pin to place a small amount inside, then close the top against the silicone O-ring. We recommend a small drop of jewelry adhesive on the threads if you want it sealed permanently.
How much does the compartment hold?
Approximately 0.6 ml — a symbolic amount, roughly a small pinch. It is not designed to hold full cremated remains.
Is it waterproof?
It is water-resistant, not waterproof. Remove it before swimming or showering, and store the remainder of any keepsake somewhere safe.
