These terms cover use of the EverPaw Keepsakes website and orders placed through it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or content submitted breaches these terms.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.
Personalized products
Personalized items are covered by our personalization and returns policies. You confirm that you have the right to use any photo or text you submit.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and product imagery belong to EverPaw Keepsakes. Artwork created from your photo is produced for your personal use.
Acceptable use
Don't submit unlawful, infringing or hateful content, and don't attempt to disrupt or scrape the site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.
